Dehydrated Tomato :

Dehydrated tomatoes from Parda Food are a flavorful blend of luscious sweetness, tangy touch, and deep savoriness. Vegetable puree is replaced with a traditional tomato kick, and both spicy and sweet foods are preferred. In order to produce a variety of natural end products, fresh, pulpy tomatoes are washed and dried in a sanitary atmosphere.

Process of Dehydration:
Ripped, pulpy tomatoes are purchased by Parda Food. To remove any dirt or other contaminants that have become adhered to the veggies, they are first separated and washed. Finally, the pulpy tomatoes are sorted from the overripe, bad, or rotten ones. The tomatoes will then be sliced and prepared for dehydration after that. The water content of the diced, juicy tomatoes will then be removed by a dehydration process. Eventually, tomato flakes that have been dehydrated are obtained.

Uses :
Dehydrated tomatoes from Parda Food are excellent flavour enhancers and food colouring agents. Our dried tomatoes are the flavour enhancer that gives soups, sauces, stews, and salsa a richer tomato flavour. Clients use the flakes and crumbs of our dried tomatoes to build and strengthen their foods.
