Process of Dehydration :
Green chilies from Parda Food are of the highest quality and are first graded and sorted. Green chilies are first cleaned, where they are washed to get rid of any pollutants and foreign objects. The chillies' stalk and stem are then cut off. The chiles will then be sliced and prepared for dehydration after that. Dehydrated green chilli flakes are produced by completely extracting the chillies' moisture during the dehydration process. The flakes can either be processed into powder or other forms that will preserve the original green chilli flavour, depending on the needs of the client. The dried green chilli is then gathered, let to cool, and packaged in bulk. The goods will remain fresh.
