Process of Dehydration :
Bulk purchases of the finest garlic are made by Parda Food. Farm-fresh garlic will first be
put through a vibrating pre-cleaner to get the flaky skin and impurities off of it. The
garlic bulbs will next be divided into cloves and moved to the soaking tank for full
cleaning. The remaining impurities, such as rotten garlic, useless granules, garlic stems,
and so forth, will then be removed. The garlic will then be peeled and sorted according to
weight. The garlic cloves are then transferred to a dehydrator machine, which removes all
moisture—even the tiniest traces of it—leaving only the dried garlic flakes. Depending on
the customer's preferences, the dehydrated garlic flakes can either be tailored to produce
flakes or granules or pulverised to produce powder.After that, our dehydrated garlic will be
filtered, cooled, and collected. After being examined to ensure it meets quality standards,
the product will then be packaged to keep it fresh for up to a year.
