Process of Dehydration :
French beans from a local farm are chosen by Parda Food. To get rid of the contaminants attached to them, they are first sorted and washed. The overmatured, immature, or infected pods are then separated and removed from the remaining French beans during a cleaning process. The dehydration procedure follows, where the vegetable's water content is removed from the cleaned french beans.
