  • Dehydrated food material are moved through conveyor belt at controlled conditioned room for cooling of dried material

10. Sorting & Grading

  • Dried material is passed through sorting and grading machine. Here cube/slice/Kibbled , fines and rejected material are separated & skin and dust are removed by air aspiration process

11. Magnetic Destoner

  • Destoner Machine which removes stones, sand, clods & also metallic impurities from dried material
  • Stones, sand , clods & metal pieces verification every 2 hrs

12. Color Sortex

  • Optical color sorting uses lasers or cameras for separation of discolored as well as desirable colour material and also foreign matter

13. Metal Detector

  • Dried Material are passed through metal detector to remove metal particles like SS, Fe and NFe
  • Metal Pieces verification every 2 hrs
