through conveyor belt at controlled
conditioned room for cooling of dried
material

10. Sorting & Grading
- Dried material is passed through sorting
and grading machine. Here
cube/slice/Kibbled , fines and rejected
material are separated & skin and dust
are removed by air aspiration process
11. Magnetic Destoner
- Destoner Machine which removes stones,
sand, clods & also metallic impurities
from dried material
- Stones, sand , clods & metal pieces
verification every 2 hrs
12. Color Sortex
- Optical color sorting uses lasers or
cameras for separation of discolored as
well as desirable colour material and
also foreign matter
13. Metal Detector
- Dried Material are passed through metal
detector to remove metal particles like
SS, Fe and NFe
- Metal Pieces verification every 2 hrs
14. Quality Checking
- Batch wise production sample is sent to inhouse as well as NABL lab
- Physical, Chemical & Microbiological

15. Packaging
- We use the flexible packaging material
as per customer requirement
